This six-site portfolio includes over 200 houses throughout the Midlands and South West.
The acquisition was carried out on behalf of the £750m joint venture formed by GREYKITE and Gatehouse in November 2024.
This JV formed with an initial 11-site seed portfolio, also acquired from Persimmon.
In total, the JV has now completed the forward purchase of nearly 650 homes across 17 sites in England.
